I thought this journal should have been upgraded to a Tier 2 in the field of engineering materials, but unexpectedly it became a Tier 4. This work was written when I graduated from graduate school, and the results were good but the design was not rigorous. I submitted it to two Tier 1 institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences without review, and both were tragic in terms of peer review. Later, I thought it was suitable for a Tier 2 journal where I usually submit manuscripts, but it turned out to be tragic after peer review. I was annoyed and said I didn't want the article anymore because I don't lack Tier 3 or Tier 4 papers, but after thinking about it, since I had already written it, it would be a waste to throw it away (many professors still don't have papers). It was left in the computer for half a year and submitted to a journal after the Chinese New Year (I had published a paper in 2019).

20230208----Minor revision (The reviewers were very friendly, especially the second foreigner's opinion: "Very good paper, I am pleased with how comprehensive this paper is.")---I initially positioned it as a Tier 1, and I thought it could be a Tier 2, but after experiencing multiple tragedies, I gave up.

The reviewer's comments were not difficult, and I had completed the revisions around October 25th. However, I was afraid that the reviewer would think I made the modifications too quickly and not seriously, so I only submitted it on the 8th. After submission, there were technical issues with the journal server, so it didn't reach the editor until around the 23rd. In the end, the second review was accepted, and the overall speed was still fast. If I hadn't procrastinated and there were no server issues, I would have finished it in about two months. Finally, I wish everyone's articles to be accepted by their desired journals.
