Aims and Scope
Processes (ISSN 2227-9717) provides an advanced forum for process related research in chemistry, biology and allied engineering fields. The journal publishes regular research papers, communications, letters, short notes and reviews. "The speed is really fast, mainly because of the fast internal processing at MDPI.

Some observations:
1. Although MDPI is controversial, there are more than 70 SCI journals.
2. The acceptance speed is fast, mainly due to the high efficiency of internal processing, and all information is notified promptly.
3. The review process is strict. In the first round, there was a minor revision and one rejection. The editor chose to seek a third reviewer. The opinion of the third reviewer proved that the editor needed to make significant revisions. The revisions were done according to the comments and responses of the expert reviewer, and a reply letter of approximately 10 pages was written. The initially rejecting expert was relatively satisfied, while the other two gave 5 positive responses each.
4. After acceptance, the editorial department notifies the acceptance, arranges payment, and completes the proofreading in one go.
The fee is 2000 Swiss Francs, and there is a 10% discount for the supervisor's name."
I actually have a question that I don't understand. This journal is listed in the warning list of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. What is the purpose of this warning list? What does it mean? Does it imply that journals on this list are at risk of being downgraded or possibly removed from SCI?
