Submitted revised manuscript in mid-August, and then no news.
Repeatedly followed up, and the editor always replied politely, but we don't know why the reviewer did not review it, causing a delay of six months.
Accepted in early March this year.
Now the journal has become fully open access, with requirements for submission format and self-citation rate.
