The first reviewer's opinion is to accept the submission directly. The second reviewer had five opinions, three of which were about the formatting of my manuscript (which is ridiculous). First, they said that each paragraph does not need an indent. Second, they said that the title is too long (my title is only 25 words). Third, they said that the subscripts in the nomenclature should be listed separately. The last opinion was that they did not understand my article and thought it was messy. That's it. The editor surprisingly rejected the submission, saying that the reviewers did not agree to publish it. I can't believe it. Does the editor lack judgment or is there another reason? I am speechless about this journal editor. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, the reviewer's comments were very positive, but the editor rejected it directly, delaying my external review for several months. After that, I didn't even make any changes, and I submitted it to RENE (a top-tier journal). The result was that it was accepted after minor revisions. I will definitely not submit to this journal again if the editor does not change. With this editor, it doesn't matter, plus, consider this journal carefully if you are not a foreigner. Ha ha!

Notification of paper inclusion, I'm here to share some good news.
As a master's student majoring in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering with a focus on comprehensive energy optimization (optimizing multi-source complementary heating systems), it took a lot of effort to conceive, write, revise, polish, select a journal, submit, and make revisions. However, luckily, the revisions requested were minor, although the second review process took a bit longer. But the result is good, and I am happy!
