Aims and Scope

The International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems publishes original research on all aspects of applied computational intelligence, especially targeting papers demonstrating the use of techniques and methods originating from computational intelligence theory. The core theories of computational intelligence are fuzzy logic, neural networks, evolutionary computation and probabilistic reasoning. The journal publishes only articles related to the use of computational intelligence and broadly covers the following topics:

Correcting the error, the member mentioned by the 6th floor is not someone who can join just by wanting to. Only professors with a certain level of influence who work at universities or executives in companies can become members. This journal is an open-access journal with a relatively low number of articles published each year. The rejection rate is very high, but the quality control is acceptable. There is no occurrence of spamming in the articles. The editor-in-chief is busy with their own projects and treats this journal as a side job. In the eyes of the editor-in-chief, the journal is a medium for researchers to exchange ideas. Haha, I don't think there will be any major improvements in the future. However, the purpose of the journal and the review process are still strictly regulated. Generally, it takes 6-12 months to receive the results of external review. I hope the editor-in-chief takes the journal seriously and improves its ranking and impact factor, as these aspects are still valued in China.

If you want to spend money on open-source articles to complete your graduation, it is recommended not to submit to this journal and choose another open-source one instead. The speed is slower compared to other open-source journals, and the review process feels strict. Normally, there are three reviewers, and the editorial department requires one month for review. Therefore, if you need to make modifications and submit again, it will take another month. From submission to acceptance, it takes about five months, assuming it meets the reviewers' preferences.
