I don't know if all the manuscripts from the old system have been withdrawn, but my manuscript was withdrawn after being submitted for five months. For specific details, I need to consult the editor. But I feel it's useless because what frustrates me the most is not the withdrawal of my manuscript, but the fact that after they switched to an open-source system, I have been continuously sending emails to inquire about how to proceed, including the current stage of my article. However, the response I received was that everything is fine, the manuscript is being processed and undergoing external review. So I waited for two months, and now you're telling me you won't proceed with it anymore??? If you were going to withdraw it, couldn't you reject the ones that haven't been processed yet and make the necessary revisions? And is it really that difficult to accept the fact that the journal has gone open-source??? Now, the situation is that my article has been in the system for five months, went through external review, there were reviewer comments, but I couldn't see them, and then the system withdrew the manuscript. They ask me to resubmit it in the new system if I'm interested. Isn't this just disgusting???

Journal is not responsible, it is advisable to submit with caution.
One reviewer suggested revisions but did not reject the paper (Should be published in this journal; Acceptable level of new results; Fully consistent and accurate).
Another reviewer mentioned that the paper was already available on arXiv and recommended rejection (The same copy of the paper is available at the link https://arxiv.org/abs/xxxxxxxx. So we are in favor of paper rejection), without providing any other comments.
The editor directly rejected the paper, without stating the reason (Unfortunately, on the basis of the reviewer comments, we are not able to accept it for publication).
The journal's submission guidelines, however, state that it is allowed to be posted on arXiv at any time.
I wrote a letter expressing confusion and seeking clarification on the contradictions. The editorial department informed me that an editor was assigned to handle it, but after two weeks of no response, I wrote another email and they directly replied: "Sorry, your paper has already been rejected, that's it..."
