The entire submission process took nearly 3 months, with the main reviewers being slow in their speed, while the efficiency of the editorial department was decent. There were two reviewers who provided numerous modification suggestions and requested additional experiments, but all requests for additional experiments were rejected. After responding to the comments, there were over ten pages of PDF. Overall, the difficulty of the submission was moderate.
