We have basically blocked this. Domestic journals have an international version or follow the same procedures as domestic ones. The key issue is that there is no proper peer review process at all, it is simply a waste of time. I have submitted a few times and received arbitrary reasons, but it's mainly because of language issues. It seems like they didn't even read it. I have had success with International Journal of Industrial Engineering, so I don't need to pursue higher-level journals like this. I have already blocked it and won't submit anymore. Many people I know also don't submit to it anymore. It's quite disgusting, to be honest. Making a phone call or using personal connections is enough to get published in domestic journals.

There were a total of three reviewers, with two of them providing 9 comments each. One of the reviewers questioned the formulas used in the paper, asking deep questions. Another reviewer expressed high approval of the article, only raising one question and suggesting more references to be cited from American and Russian classic literature. The first review process was relatively fast, taking about 6 weeks. After the major revisions were submitted, it took one month for the reviewer to review and then the paper was with the editor for half a month. Overall, it was satisfactory.
