The paper is about fluid mechanics, and the review process seems to be relatively slow. It is worth mentioning that although the review process started in early October, it seems that the initial reviewers did not provide any comments. The under review status changed in early February, and later, only the second and third reviewers' comments were received, confirming this speculation. The review comments were generally good and improved the paper. If we consider that the effective review process started only in early February, the review speed is not actually slow.

After the decision, there was another stage called "with editor", which was a bit surprising as I thought there might be additional reviewers. It turned out to be the final decision by the editor-in-chief, and then the acceptance notification was sent. Now, I am waiting for the notification to pay the Article Processing Charges (APC).
