After one month of review, it was rejected. The comments from the three reviewers were very fair and helpful, so I plan to revise and resubmit. APL Photonics has a good reputation internationally, and the quality of their papers is generally high. The editorial board maintains strict control over the papers, and fortunately, it has not been negatively influenced by Chinese researchers.

It has been 7 days since the submission. The editor-in-chief assigned it to the deputy editor, but it took 3 days for the deputy editor to accept it. Then the deputy editor took 4 days to review it, and the efficiency was especially slow.
