On April 25th, it was assigned an editor and then returned, saying that there was no need to upload pictures, only the complete paper including the pictures needed to be uploaded. After resubmitting on April 26th, it was assigned an editor on May 12th. It briefly went under review for a few days, and now it has changed to "under consideration-editor" status, with "Not Assigned" displayed under the editor section. I want to ask if any seniors who have submitted articles before or other people who are currently submitting have encountered similar situations? It's like wasting a whole month, and I dare not rush, so now I'm completely stuck.
