Verified Reviews

I am a novice in scientific research. This is my first SCI paper, and it went relatively smoothly. However, the peer review process was very strict. They assigned 12 reviewers to my paper continuously (it seems like editors like to gather a group of reviewers together). Among them, 3 reviewers declined to review, and 1 was not familiar with the field. After the fastest two reviewers completed their reviews, the editor did not reply to us. Even after the third reviewer completed the review, the editor still did not reply to us. At that time, I was wondering how many reviewers it would take to consider it finished. Finally, after the fourth reviewer completed the review, the editor sent us the review comments. By then, it had been one and a half months since the initial submission, and the editor did not wait for other reviewers. Two reviewers gave highly positive evaluations, one reviewer found the work interesting, and the other did not express their attitude. The four reviewers raised 15 questions, but they were not major issues. We were given 21 days to make revisions. After carefully revising for 17 days, we returned the revised paper along with a 15-page response letter. The editor directly accepted it.

7.22 submission;
7.25 started looking for reviewers, found four reviewers during this period, two agreed to review while two were busy, ultimately only one reviewer provided review comments;
8.26 received review comments, with a deadline of 21 days for revisions;
9.12 uploaded revised manuscript;
9.20 Rereview Complete, received acceptance notification on the same day;
9.30 published, the editor diligently corrected 12 English language issues.

The first submission to SCI went relatively smoothly. Now I have encountered a problem and would like to seek advice from you all. It seems that I need to wait for the payment because I exceeded the page limit and need to pay for the extra pages. However, it coincided with the national holiday when the school and the bank were unable to process payments. I did not find any information about the payment deadline on the official website or in the emails. Should I inform the editor about this or is it okay to wait for a few days?
