Commented on Service Innovation in the Digital Age: Key Contributions and Future Directions
Emerging economies allow researchers to expand and adapt management theories that have generally been created under settings of developed economies because they fundamentally differ from their Western counterparts regarding institutional and economic structure. Studying service innovation in the digital era in emerging countries can assist in changing what we know about technology, business, and society to the extent that existing theories focused on Western economies operate off assumptions that do not apply to emerging economies.

Commented on AI search tools ChatGPT v.s. Bard
Early in February, Google and Microsoft held back-to-back private press briefings discussing their ambitions for AI search. Microsoft won the first exchange because Bing Talk is now a public beta (with a waitlist). Not only is Google's Technology not yet accessible, but the firm also made mistakes during its presentation, including losing a smartphone during one demonstration and having a search produce results that were plainly inaccurate in front of everyone. Yet this is just the beginning of a multi-year strategy to change how we look for information online. https://spectrum.ieee.org/chatgpt

Commented on Performance Evaluation of Machine Learning Algorithms for Spam Profile Detection on Twitter Using WEKA and RapidMiner
To enhance classifier performance, this work uses the set of characteristics for identifying spammers on Twitter and introduces new features. We assessed the performance of four machine learning algorithms using WEKA and RapidMiner, including Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), K Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). The experiment's findings demonstrate that SVM, KNN, and MLP performed better on WEKA than they did on RapidMiner. Yet when it came to RF, RapidMiner outperformed RF on WEKA in terms of accuracy. With an accuracy of 95.42% and 95.44%, respectively, MLP and RF on WEKA and RapidMiner surpassed other classifiers based on the dataset's 32 characteristics. Researchers that want to create a machine-learning model to discover criminal activity on social networks would find these findings helpful.

Commented on Supervised Model for Sentiment Analysis Based on Hotel Review Clusters using RapidMiner
Customer feedback in the form of digital reviews will allow a lot of data that can be obtained by hotel management and will provide many benefits if the data is processed correctly. By applying the constructed sentiment analysis model, approximately 90.90% accuracy results were obtained in reading texts and measuring sentiments related to hotel customer feedback data.
