This is a very inclusive journal. Although it is not well-known, the editorial and reviewing standards are very high, and the reviewers' suggestions are targeted. What's rare is that this journal does not blindly follow the trends and gives opportunities for external review in some niche fields. It truly is a conscientious journal. It's a pity that nowadays everyone pursues impact factor.
