Received at the end of March, only received the payment email in August, provided proof in September, and only went online in mid-November. Personally, I felt like the editorial department disappeared in the first half of the year. The email I sent to the editor-in-chief in June was only replied to in August, and that's when the payment process began. Even after establishing contact, the editor-in-chief (Dr. Ahmad Umar) would only reply to emails once every one or two weeks, occasionally disappearing. After contacting several other contributors and communicating, it was discovered that submissions in the second half of the year generally progressed faster, presumably because the entire editorial department was "on duty". The proof is handled by the publishing house, and contacting the publishing manager is smooth. Waiting for the paper to go online in September and October, I had a thousand greetings for the editor-in-chief. For those who are anxious for their paper to go online, please consider carefully before submitting again, choose a good timing or don't have overly high expectations.

Has anyone else received no further updates after their submission was accepted? I was notified of the acceptance of my paper at the end of March, but it has been over three months now and it is still in the "awaiting production checklist" status. I have emailed both the editor-in-chief and the associate editor, but haven't received any response. Additionally, the articles on the journal's homepage have only been updated until March. I can't understand what the problem is with this journal or publishing company. Are there any others who are experiencing the same situation? Let's brainstorm solutions together.
