This is too slow. It was initially submitted on September 24, 2020. The editor requested formatting modifications, and it was returned on the 25th. It has been over 4 months and it is still in the review process. During this period, reminder letters were sent, and two editors mentioned that the time to find reviewers was too long, resulting in an overall increase in the review time. This journal is really inefficient.
