The following text translates to English as: "Submitted in October 2019, this journal only accepts submissions via email. By August 2020, there was still no response from the first review, despite three reminders sent in between. Each time, they claimed the manuscript was still under review. In August 2020, I decided to withdraw the submission as I couldn't wait any longer due to the slow progress of the first review."
