I have previously submitted an article, and the requirement was for it to be concise, innovative, and to the point. I submitted again a few months later, and after one month, it came back for major revisions. After making the modifications and resubmitting it after a week, I received a notification after twenty days stating "waiting for editor's decision," but the next day it changed back to "under review." From my perspective, it seems that the editor is not satisfied with my article, but most of the reviewers' comments are positive. Could it be that the editor wants to reject it by finding a reviewer who agrees with them? Sigh.

Forgot to update, it's very fast. The first piece was rejected and took one month, but the second piece was returned for revision for one month and accepted the following month. In my personal opinion, for this publication, the logical coherence must be very consistent, with no issues as long as there is innovation, fluency, and clarity.
