Computer Networks is an international, archival journal providing a publication vehicle for complete coverage of all topics of interest to those involved in the computer communications networking area. CCF B is an established journal. I have submitted several papers, and one of them went through major revisions in the first round and was rejected in the second round, which left a deep impression on me. In the most recent submission, the paper went through major revisions in the first round and was accepted in the second round. Based on my experiences with multiple submissions, the reviewers are quite professional and expect the papers to be innovative and substantial in terms of workload.

The overall speed is considered quite fast, and the timeline is as follows:
March 21, 2023: Submission of the initial draft
May 19, 2023: Moderate revision (requested to be returned within one month)
June 1, 2023: Submission of the revised manuscript
July 14, 2023: Acceptance
On average, each review process takes less than two months. The reviewers' opinions are quite professional, and I believe they have significantly improved the article.
