Aims and Scope
The impact of computers has nowhere been more revolutionary than in electrical engineering. The design, analysis, and operation of electrical and electronic systems are now dominated by computers, a transformation that has been motivated by the natural ease of interface between computers and electrical systems, and the promise of spectacular improvements in speed and efficiency.

Published since 1973, Computers & Electrical Engineering provides rapid publication of topical research into the integration of computer technology and computational techniques with electrical and electronic systems. The journal publishes papers featuring novel implementations of computers and computational techniques in areas like signal and image processing, high-performance computing, parallel processing, and communications. Special attention will be paid to papers describing innovative architectures, algorithms, and software tools.

I will never submit again in this lifetime. Originally, I submitted to a special issue with a deadline of October 26, 2020. The first-round comments were given on December 1, and revisions were made by December 31. The final result was given on January 31, and it was scheduled to be published on February 28.

However, I submitted on October 5, and received the first-round comments on February 4. The revisions were made on March 4, and on April 12, it was conditionally accepted with some remaining related materials and language issues. Finally, on May 11, it was "with editor," and on May 12, I received an email saying it was accepted and would be published in the July issue. They promised to send the final proof as soon as possible. This was already a delay of 5 months compared to their original plan. However, it is now almost the end of August, and I still have not received the final proof. What's even more frustrating is that it still says "with editor" in the system, not "accept"!!! In July, I emailed them once, and they replied that there were still a few articles that had not been processed, but once they were done, they would provide the final proof as soon as possible. However, this time they didn't even provide a timeframe... Honestly, I can only wait indefinitely. I will never submit again in my lifetime!!!

Excuse me, are there also two reviewers for the first review upstairs? I have two reviewers for the first review, but they only mentioned submitting the revisions after one month. Will this journal provide feedback for major or minor revisions? Also, is it necessary to use the template provided by the official website when revising the manuscript? Thank you~~~
