2021.06.18 Rejected
There were a total of three reviewers, the first reviewer appreciated the article; the second reviewer mentioned that there were still unclear parts and provided additional suggestions for two days; the third reviewer insisted on the lack of innovation and rejected the article, resulting in its ultimate rejection.
Overall, the journal's review process was very thorough, and the feedback was very constructive. All the reviewers were industry experts. Although the article was rejected, it made me feel that the journal is worth submitting to and provides great help for academic writing. I will definitely submit to this journal again when writing another article. I wish to have success with other journal submissions in the future.

The review speed of IEEE TTE is very fast, with a total of 7 external reviewers (usually 3 or 4, but the Associate Editor explained the reason for having more reviewers). Each reviewer is a peer in the same field, providing many opinions that cover all aspects of the paper. This greatly helps improve the quality, so it took more than 3 months for careful revisions. Additionally, the Associate Editor is very meticulous and strict. In order to improve the quality of the review, more reviewers were added. The original deadline for revisions was 2 months, but due to the need for a large amount of simulation and experimentation, a request for a 2-month extension was made, which was quickly approved.
