District 1 is definitely not promotable, as everyone's impact factor is rising. It is estimated that the Chinese Academy of Sciences will still classify it as District 2 by the end of the year. Now let's talk about the review cycle of this journal. In the past year, the speed of this journal has been really slow, slow, slow. I submitted in March last year and it was accepted in early July. I submitted in January this year and it still hasn't been published. The biggest problem with this journal is that usually two reviewers are assigned for the first review. If their opinions are both positive or one positive and one negative, then it's fine. But if it's one good and one bad, then a third reviewer is needed, which means waiting for a few months to see the mood of that reviewer. Nowadays, usually only one reviewer is assigned for the second review, so the editor has to keep waiting for the other reviewer, which takes about three months. Therefore, the biggest problem with this journal is waiting for reviewers. At least three months of waiting is required. If the editor thinks that the reviewer is unlikely to provide feedback, they won't wait anymore and may find new reviewers or reject the submission. Those who recently submitted to this journal should be aware that it is really slow, mainly because the reviewers have been slow in responding recently. There is no other choice.

Electrical college, I have been working as a Master of Engineering for 8 months. On March 20, 2022, I received the acceptance notification from this journal in the field of comprehensive energy systems. The submission process is as follows, for reference only:

1. Received the acceptance notification on March 20, 2022.
2. On December 19, 2021, three reviewers provided major revision comments, and I replied to the reviewers within one month.
3. Submitted on September 15, 2020 (Yes, you read it right!). Due to the requirements of completing my master's degree, I requested withdrawal of the submission three times, but the editors did not respond (probably due to the impact of the pandemic).
4. The reviewers were quite professional, and they provided different opinions on certain parts of the paper. The review process was meticulous, and I personally believe that it is relatively easy to be accepted.
5. The process took too long, and I intended to rely on this publication for my application, but since I didn't have any research achievements after graduating with a master's degree, there was no information to include in the application.

The above is my personal experience, provided for everyone's reference.
