A combination of underserved populations. Good to see. "LGBT participants with dementia made the first contact to research team as often as caregivers did and showed a higher rate of living alone and having a friend-based care network. The most common reason for ineligibility was not having a caregiver."

We have that biological clock and within that cycle we need sleep and rest. As shown here, 4 am shows the highest sleepiness scores and memory was not good. That is time when we should be sleeping. I don't know how they can manage schedules when drivers are needed, so adjustments on the front seem to be a challenge.

With diet or anything you invest in, the more that is spent, the more likely you will adhere to it. But with food access, it should be more affordable from the health standpoint.

Very useful for intervention. "Frailty was common among critically ill adults aged 50 and older and identified a population at increased risk of adverse events, morbidity and mortality. Diagnosis of frailty could improve prognostication and identify a vulnerable population that might benefit from follow-up and intervention."

With cognitive as activities, it is easier to focus alone. When it comes to performance that is more physical such as sports, spectators seem to pick up our level. There is adrenaline and energy that are factors.
