The study aimed to identify potential predictors of health system overload and found that Twitter data are more related to social and political dynamics, while emergency calls trends can be a powerful tool to forecast new stress periods.

Summary: A new cross-correlation algorithm is proposed in this paper to solve the problem of traditional passive radar target detection. The echo signal received by the echo antenna and the reference signal received by the reference antenna are processed by differential operations to transform the single signal into multiple signals. With the two-dimensional Fourier transform, the coherent accumulation of multiple signals is realized based on matched filtering of the single signal, greatly improving the signal-to-noise ratio for target detection.
