Verified Reviews
Note: Verified reviews are sourced from across review platforms and social media globally.
First submission:
Submitted on September 13, 2021.
First rejection after review on February 20, 2022: One reviewer's opinion was to reject the paper due to the lack of experimental suggestions, while another reviewer mentioned that the writing style and grammar were not professional enough and the alignment between simulation and numerical results was not clear.
Second submission:
Submitted on June 21, 2022. Compared to the first submission, there were many modifications, but still no experiments were included.
On July 14, 2022, the editorial department requested major revisions without sending it to external review, citing a high similarity rate. PS: In reality, it was mainly due to the excessive use of similar sentences from my previous paper.
After checking the similarity, the revised version was returned on July 17, 2022.
On the morning of July 24, the status changed to "Editor assigned," and I received an email after lunch stating that the paper was accepted without any further modifications. I feel relieved.
2022-07-25
Submitted on July 22nd, the first review took about a month, which means the revised comments were received on August 23rd, one month later. The paper underwent major revisions, including the addition of several sets of data for comparison. The revised manuscript and response were submitted on or around August 22nd, and an acceptance email was received approximately one week later. Overall, the review process was very fast, taking a little over two months from submission to acceptance. The reviewers were also very professional and provided constructive feedback, greatly improving the quality of the paper. It is a good journal, and its impact factor is gradually increasing.
