This journal is basically not difficult, just a bit slow. It is definitely not a problem for those with a core level to submit. The requirement is within 10 pages, and the formatting needs to be strict. The website is in Russian, but it can be translated into English. For submission, a fee of 200-300 RMB (Chinese yuan) needs to be paid, which is equivalent to over 1000 rubles. Additionally, when the paper is published, a fee of over 500 RMB or 6000 rubles needs to be paid. This journal is in the fourth category and is not difficult, just slow. It is in the field of civil engineering. Due to the low volume of published articles, not many people are estimated to submit to this journal, and there are not many people who think highly of it. Basically, if you submit your paper and wait, it will likely be accepted.

The speed is extremely slow, it will drag you down. It depends on personal preference. The difficulty is also not low, others in the research group have also tried it, so it depends on luck. If luck is bad, you will not only lose the bet but also suffer a great loss.
