My evaluation is top-notch. I have been holding onto a small article for a year, and it has been submitted to 5 journals. Molecular Biology Reports is another journal recommended to me under their umbrella. After seeing its impact factor of 2.72 in the fourth quartile, I decided to give it a try with a positive mindset. Unexpectedly, the process was incredibly fast.

Submitted at the end of August, received feedback in mid-September for minor revisions. Revised and returned in early October, received feedback that the language quality of the article was not high and needed polishing. After polishing, uploaded again and received acceptance notification two days later. Overall, the process was quite fast! The feedback was prompt, but my own feedback was a bit slow. If I had been faster, it is estimated that it could have been accepted in September.
