Aims and Scope

The Journal of Soil and Water Conservation (JSWC) is a multidisciplinary journal of natural resource conservation research, practice, policy, and perspectives. The journal has two sections: the A Section containing various departments and features, and the Research Section containing peer-reviewed research papers.

Agree with the viewpoint on the 6th floor, and also submitted an article. After it was published, I found that the top expert in the soil field, Rattan Lal, also published an article in the same period. Overall, the feeling is still good. There are not many Chinese people, and the reviewers are mainly from Europe and America. The journal is conservative, so the impact factor is not high. It is not recommended for master's or doctoral students to submit articles as beginners.

The requirements for innovation are not high, but the quality of the article is highly demanded. It feels similar to geomorphology in my field. There are 5 reviewers, but not many review suggestions. Finally, it was accepted after 12 months, with one major revision and two minor revisions in between.
