Most of the articles that could be accepted are through personal connections. Several of my articles were rejected instantly and then submitted to other magazines in different areas. There are claims that the review process is fast in xx magazine, but they actually take half a year to review and reject the submission, claiming that it does not fit within the scope of their journal.

The magazine is a warning journal, and some places are blacklisted. The speed is indeed fast, and there are few opinions (perfunctory). In the end, it is basically about changing the format. It is submitted in July, revised in August, accepted in September, and published in December.
