Fortunately, the journal was still in the second quartile (BE) when submitted, but it was upgraded to the first quartile after acceptance.

Apr 25, 2021 Revision, both reviewers' comments were relatively positive, and the editor gave a revise decision. It is unclear whether it requires major or minor revisions. Carefully revise the article.
May 09, 2021 Submitting the revised results
Jun 09, 2021 Acceptance, no further revisions were made. After one round of revisions, the manuscript was returned to the two original reviewers, who were very satisfied with the modifications and agreed to accept it directly.
This journal has been submitted twice. The previous time it took two months for the review process. One reviewer requested minor revisions, while the other reviewer rejected the manuscript. The editor gave a rejection decision and then it was submitted to a journal with a higher impact factor, which accepted it.
The journal editor's handling time was still quite fast. When the first review was completed, the decision in process status lasted for a week, and I thought it was going to be a tragedy. However, the editor decided to revise the manuscript.
