Everyone, don't submit it! This magazine is a joke! The magazine had a special issue, and I received an invitation from the special issue editor because I had published several papers in the relevant field. Since I was not familiar with the magazine, I specifically emailed to inquire and sent the title and abstract of the article to the special issue editor. The response from the editor was very suitable, so I decided to write and submit the article to the magazine. The special issue editor is an Italian professor in the same field. Due to the deadline being before Christmas, and our work being particularly busy during this period, everyone worked overtime and made the necessary revisions to the article, submitting it nearly a week in advance. On January 3rd, I received a rejection letter, without any review comments, just casually stating that the manuscript will not be processed and advised to submit to another journal. I suspect that they did not even review the submission. I emailed the editor to inquire about the review comments, but there was no reply. It is evident that this journal is extremely careless and irresponsible in handling submissions. I suggest that everyone boycott such journals.

It has been widely reported that Chinese hospitals have frequently engaged in academic misconduct, and MDPI automatically rejects articles from Chinese hospitals. I have also encountered cases where reviewers agreed to publish my work but it was ultimately rejected by the editor with weak justifications.
