Aims and Scope
Marine Drugs (ISSN 1660-3397) publishes reviews, regular research papers and short notes on the research, development and production of drugs from the sea. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research in as much detail as possible, particularly synthetic procedures and characterization information for bioactive compounds. There is no restriction on the length of the experimental section.

At the beginning, during the pandemic when there was nothing to do, I wrote a review and submitted it. It was under review within a day and took three weeks to receive the first review. I was not scared when I saw the feedback in the email. There were four reviewers, and I originally thought it would only be two, but they provided more than ten comments, which wasn't too many and relatively easy to handle. I submitted the revised version within 48 hours, and it was accepted within 30 minutes. It went smoothly like a rocket.

The speed of magazine submission is indeed very fast. The submission was made on December 12, 2022, and the review comments were received on December 18, 2022. After submitting the revised article on December 21, 2022, the acceptance notification was received on December 23, 2022. The layout fee was remitted on December 26, 2022, and the article was published on December 28, 2022. The whole process took a total of 16 days, which is very suitable for people who are in a hurry to submit their graduation work.
