Experience of submission:
2021.2.26 Resubmission;
2021.3.29 One rejection; one major revision; one minor revision. The editor requested a major revision.
2021.4.20 Received second round of comments; one suggested acceptance; one minor revision. The editor requested a minor revision.
2021.4.29 Editor requested minor revisions, non-scientific modifications.
2021.5.15 Accepted, then submitted Journal Publishing Agreement (electronic signature in Chinese is also acceptable), and will receive an invoice afterwards.
2021.5.17: Transferred $1250 to the other party through bank remittance (international bank charged a $15 handling fee, so only $1235 was received in the other party's account, but later they did not ask me to pay the additional $15 fee). Remember to include Account Number, Invoice Number, as well as journal and article DOI information in the remittance remark. After completing the remittance, remember to send an email notification to the recipient.
2021.5.22 Received payment notification from the recipient within approximately one week of remittance, then received proof. Then, online proofreading, which is quite convenient.
2021.5.31 Published, the entire process takes about 3 months to complete.

Evaluation of the journal:
This journal cannot be considered excellent, but it is not very bad either. I was in a hurry to have an article to support CSC joint training, so I agreed to resubmit. I hope this journal will improve over time!

I have submitted two articles this year and both have been accepted.
The first article was submitted on March 30th. After one round of major revisions, it was accepted in early June. Due to my unfamiliarity with the post-submission process, it was not made available online until July 2nd. It was officially indexed one month later.
The second article was submitted on June 26th. It went through two rounds of revisions. In the second round, one reviewer believed that I did not correctly address one of their questions. I cited over ten references to validate my conclusion and provided some counterarguments to the reviewer's comments. Ultimately, my response was acknowledged, and the article was accepted on September 9th. It went online on September 16th.

The journal's handling of manuscripts is quite fast. Generally, within three to five days, the manuscript enters the peer review process. After about twenty days, the reviewer's comments are received. The editor allows around three weeks for revisions. After acceptance, payment instructions are received within two days, followed by proofreading within approximately five days. The article is then published online within three days after online proofreading.

Finally, I hope the journal continues to improve and its impact factor increases significantly.
