This KIEM-groen pilot call for proposals aims at research carried out by practorates at MBO institutions in the green domain.
Purpose
Practorates are expertise platforms with a research component, organized as part of mbo-institutions. This call stimulates the development of (new) partnerships between practorates active in the green domain, lectorates, knowledge institutions and SME partners. This promotes the position of practorates in the knowledge chain, which helps them to professionalise further. It establishes a connection between the research infrastructure at universities of applied sciences on the one hand and professional practice on the other. The partnerships carry out joint activities in the field of (practice-oriented) research and innovation.
Applications relate to applicable knowledge and solving practical issues. Improving and developing one's own practice are leading. Project outcomes include network activities, prototypes, tests, (business) models, research and work methods, demonstrators, processes, product concepts and service concepts. Project results have an impact on professional practice and on the education programme.
