Commented on Computational Social Science approaches in research on democracy
I currently improve my CSS skills. The policy suggestions, resulting from Computational Social Science (CSS) approaches combined with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules, can enable a better grasp of how the EU society operates.

Commented on Needs affordance as a key factor in likelihood of problematic social media use: validation, latent profile analysis, and comparison of TikTok and Facebook problematic use measures
An interesting study of social media's influence on the behavior of young people. Social media use makes Generation Z more likely to have mental health issues. I am curious to know why the overuse of TikTok is associated with maladaptive behaviors. Is it because of a short attention span?

Commented on Climate Change & Global Warming
The State of the Climate in Europe 2022 report, produced by the World Meteorological Organization, shows how Europe has been warming twice as much as the global average since the 1980s, with far-reaching impacts on the region’s socio-economic fabric and ecosystems. But, in a sign of hope for the future, renewable energy generated more electricity than polluting fossil fuels for the first time last year. https://public.wmo.int/en/our-mandate/climate/wmo-statement-state-of-global-climate/Europe-2022

Commented on Digital democracy
Innovation in digital technology is increasingly affecting everyday life, creating a need for more just and equitable policies that protect people’s rights and interests. For example, digital technology impacts marginalized communities and human rights, particularly on justice and equity issues. I am open to research collaboration in e-democracy-related projects.

Commented on Regulation of AI
Please read my article on AI regulation. https://medium.com/@goranshibakovski/why-ai-needs-regulation-a65d25599060 In my opinion, legal regulations have to keep up with the development of the technical environment. Sometimes it is difficult for both processes to go in parallel because of the rapid technological change. Therefore, AI developers have to work jointly with policymakers to create legal solutions for AI regulation because the future of AI is in our hands, and it depends on human choices. What is your opinion?

Commented on Regulation of AI
The EU AI Act is expected to become the new gold standard for regulating AI, adding an additional layer of regulation alongside General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/society/20230601STO93804/eu-ai-act-first-regulation-on-artificial-intelligence Do you think that AI can be regulated? And why?
