Summary: Eight new lanostane triterpenoids, along with eighteen known compounds, were isolated from Ganoderma weberianum. The structures and configurations of the new compounds were determined through spectroscopic analysis, NMR chemical shifts, and ECD calculations. Some of the isolated compounds showed significant alpha-glucosidase inhibitory activity, inhibition of hepatic glucose production, and antitumor activity against HeLa cells.
