Summary: This study examined the web-based activities of antivaccine social media users by systematically reviewing English-language papers. Most authors analyzed text messages, while some studied images or videos, focusing on different types of vaccines. The findings suggest that proponents of the antivaccine movement use a limited number of arguments, which can be debunked through targeted information campaigns. Public health authorities should monitor social media for new antivaccine arguments and provide clarification for both health professionals and the general public.

Summary: Physical activity after cancer diagnosis is beneficial for improving quality of life and prognosis, but adherence to recommendations is low among rural cancer survivors. This study examined the implementation of a clinic-based physical activity program for rural cancer survivors, which showed improvements in fatigue, constipation, pain, and sleep quality. While the program had positive impacts on participants' overall physical health, challenges in reaching a larger population of cancer survivors were identified, indicating the need for tailored physical activity programs in oncological settings.
