Summary: In this paper, a novel design of a 3D static random-access memory (SRAM) macro in a 3D Nanofabric process technology is introduced. The design utilizes the 3D Nanofabric technology to process multiple stacked layers simultaneously, reducing fabrication cost and SRAM macro footprint. The layouts of conventional SRAM bit-cell and periphery circuits are modified to accommodate the requirements of 3D Nanofabric, and a new organization of the 3D SRAM macro is proposed. Experimental results show significant improvements in footprint gain and read access speed compared to 2D SRAM macro in 3 nm FinFET.

Summary: This article focuses on developing efficient separation sequences for purifying individual components from ABE fermentation, aiming to reduce energy consumption and achieve target purities. The proposed design alternatives, including the removal of acetone, integration of distillation and membrane for ethanol purification, heat integration, and column stacking, significantly reduce energy consumption and costs while maintaining target purities. Furthermore, a plantwide control scheme is validated for the integrated processes.

Summary: This article provides a detailed account of the design, development, and build of a custom MEW printer, which is capable of producing micron to sub-micron diameter fibers and controlling their deposition. The printer integrates all core components, including the motion system, print head, and safety systems, through a central control unit for dynamic control over printing variables. The printer's capabilities are demonstrated by producing tissue engineering scaffolds with various architectures. This work aims to make MEW technology more accessible and provide insight into its inner workings for practitioners in the field.

Summary: In this study, target lines suitable for gene stacking in cotton were used to stack three genes for resistance to verticillium wilt. Nine site-specific integration events were obtained from 95 transformed embryogenic calluses, and precise integration was confirmed through Southern hybridization and DNA sequence analysis. One of the regenerated plants showed resistance to verticillium wilt. These cotton target lines can facilitate precise DNA integration and introgression to field cultivars.

Summary: This paper emphasizes the importance of reasonable laser process parameters and heating paths in laser forming (LF) technology for achieving efficient and precise forming of complex 3D surfaces with double curvature. By developing 3D target surfaces with double curvature to flat plates through finite element numerical simulation and establishing a database of laser process parameters, the study successfully obtained pillow and spherical surfaces, confirming the accuracy of the method through experiments.

Summary: This paper describes the design and implementation of a virtualized bottle sealing plant using the Hardware in the Loop technique. It is divided into software and hardware parts. The software part uses Unity 3D to create a virtual environment for real-time visualization. The hardware part is implemented through a PLC S7 1200 AC/DC/RLY and programmed with TIA Portal V16 and a control panel. The two parts communicate through bidirectional TCP/IP Ethernet, and a SCADA system in InTouch is used for real-time monitoring and visualization. Data acquisition is done through the OPC server.

Summary: Metallic alloys have been widely used in human civilization due to their balanced strength and ductility. This study proposes a possible mechanism based on the parameter kappa, which enhances the work-hardening ability of high-entropy alloys. The results offer a physical picture of the strengthening effects and can be used as a practical design principle for enhancing the strength-ductility synergy in metallic materials.
