High-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and RNA-seq were used to detect the dynamic profiles of exosome proteins and RNAs. Integrative multiomics analyses revealed the association of exosome components with various biological processes and molecular pathways. Importantly, exosomes derived from septic serum showed potential therapeutic effects in septic mice.

Summary: This study investigated the metabolic pathways and molecular mechanisms associated with heat stress response in jojoba leaves using a combination of physiological and multi-omics techniques. The results showed that protein folding and sorting, photosynthesis, signal pathways, ROS scavenging, energy metabolism, and carbohydrate metabolism were closely related to the heat stress response of jojoba. Metabolomics analysis identified significant changes in the content of certain metabolites under heat stress. Multi-omics analysis revealed the important roles of soluble sugars and amino acids in maintaining osmotic balance and alleviating heat stress-induced damage.

Summary: This study compared the structural and proteomic architecture of decellularized human dental pulp using two different protocols. The results showed that the ECM preserved in the MG protocol was more intact. Summary: This study explored the characteristics of human papillomavirus (HPV) in oropharyngeal carcinoma (OPC) and found that high-risk HPV infection is common in OPC patients, with higher prevalence in North America, Oceania, and Europe. Females and older patients are more susceptible to infection. Tonsil and base of tongue are the most frequent sites of infection. This study provides important theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of OPC.
