At present, the green building and housing industrialization are two mainstream directions in the real estate industry. The production of green building parts which combines green building and housing industrialization, two concepts, is to be vigorously developed. The key of quality assurance in the assembly project is choosing reliable and proper green building parts suppliers. This paper analyzes the inherent requirements of the green building, combined with the characteristics of the housing industrialization, and puts forward an evaluation index system of supplier selection for green building parts, which includes product index, enterprise index, green development index, and cooperation ability index. To reduce the influence of subjective factors, the improved method which merges Kent index method and catastrophe theory is applied to the green building parts supplier selection and evaluation. This paper takes the selection of the unit bathroom suppliers as an example, uses the improved model to calculate and analyze the data of each supplier, and finally selects the optimal supplier. With combination of the Kent index and the catastrophe theory, the result shows that it can effectively reduce the subjectivity of the evaluation and provide a basis for the selection of the green building parts suppliers.

Collapse Behaviour of a Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Column Steel Beam Frame under Impact Loading

Lian Song, Hao Hu, Jian He, Xu Chen, Xi Tu

Summary: The study investigates the progressive collapse of a concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) frame structure under impact loading, using the ABAQUS finite-element software with the direct simulation method (DS) and alternate path method (AP). The finite-element models were verified through numerical simulation of reference specimens and a comprehensive analysis was conducted to predict the impact behavior of a composite frame composed of CFST columns and steel beams. The DS method was found to accurately describe the collapse process of the structure under impact load, while the AP method was less accurate.

Research on brownfield redevelopment based on Wuli-Shili-Renli system theory and catastrophe progression method

He Jian, Hu Hao, Pan Haize, Liu Chuan, Li Xiaoqin, Wei Yan, Jiang Haidan, Zhang Changliang

Summary: Brownfields are a significant part of urban land resources, and strengthening their governance and redevelopment is crucial for environmental protection and sustainable development. This paper introduces a Wuli-Shili-Renli (WSR) system methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative analyses. By analyzing the influencing factors of brownfields from three dimensions, a comprehensive evaluation index system and model for brownfield redevelopment are constructed.

Brownfield redevelopment evaluation based on structure-process-outcome theory and continuous ordered weighted averaging operator-topology method

He Jian, Hu Hao, Jiang Haidan, Pan Haize, Liu Chuan

Summary: This study introduced the structure-process-outcome theory to evaluate the redevelopment of brownfield sites. The basic conditions, practice principles, and result orientation of brownfield redevelopment were analyzed, and a three-level evaluation index system was established. To reduce subjectivity, an unbiased scientific evaluation model was constructed. The model was applied to a project in Chengdu, China, and proved to be effective and accurate.
