Aims and Scope

Advances in Materials Science and Engineering is a broad scope journal that publishes articles in all areas of materials science and engineering including, but not limited to:

-Chemistry and fundamental properties of matter
-Material synthesis, fabrication, manufacture, and processing
-Magnetic, electrical, thermal, and optical properties of materials
-Strength, durability, and mechanical behaviour of materials
-Consideration of materials in structural design, modelling, and engineering
-Green and renewable materials, and consideration of materials’ life cycles
-Materials in specialist applications (such as medicine, energy, aerospace, and nanotechnology)

May I ask if you had major repairs or minor repairs? My major repairs were scheduled for July 9th, and then I will return on July 22nd. After returning, the system will directly change to "under review". Then, after two days, it will change to "pending approval". And today, it is still "pending approval". It feels quite awkward. What status did you have after your return repairs?

In the process of waiting for the final decision after multiple minor revisions, the journal repeatedly claimed potential risks in the peer-review process and requested re-review, wasting time. Furthermore, this journal has been removed from the SCI database, and the publication fee is $2500. Please submit with caution.
