Summary: In this study, ten pairs of novel meroterpenoid dimers and one known compound were isolated from Ganoderma mushrooms. The structural elucidation of the new compounds and their absolute configurations depended on spectroscopic analysis and electronic circular dichroism calculations. Biological studies revealed that several of these compounds exhibited cytotoxicity against triple negative breast cancer cells and inhibited cell mobility. These findings provide new insights into the biological role of Ganoderma meroterpenoids in triple negative breast cancer.
