Summary: The study aimed to assess the knowledge of Al Ain University students in the UAE regarding the source, signs/symptoms, transmission, prevention, and treatment of human monkeypox. Summary: Diabetes is a non-communicable metabolic disease that causes various complications and deaths globally. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, weight loss, and regular exercise, can help control blood sugar levels and minimize complications. This study aimed to assess the lifestyle modifications and medication use among patients with diabetes at Jimma University Medical Center. The findings showed that over 20% of the participants had poor knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding medication use and lifestyle modifications. Marital status was the only variable significantly associated with knowledge, attitudes, and practices in these areas.

Summary: This study aimed to explore knowledge, attitude, perceptions, and willingness regarding vaccination among university students in Pakistan. The majority of the respondents had average knowledge and neutral attitudes towards monkeypox. The study revealed a significant association between knowledge of monkeypox and the type of academic degree, study discipline, and region of respondents. The findings emphasize the need to raise public awareness and educate students on monkeypox virus to improve adherence to preventative recommendations.

Summary: This study aimed to assess mpox knowledge and attitude towards mpox vaccination among male sex workers (MSW) in China. Results showed that 49.4% of the MSWs had good knowledge of mpox and 63.0% were willing to be vaccinated against it. Factors associated with good knowledge included being single, being unemployed, and willingness to be vaccinated. Age, history of chronic diseases, and agreement with prioritizing high-risk groups for vaccination were related to willingness to get vaccinated.

Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge and confidence of resident physicians in the Asir region of Saudi Arabia regarding monkeypox diagnosis and management. Data was collected through an online questionnaire with 315 respondents. Results showed that two-thirds of the respondents had good knowledge about monkeypox, while almost two-thirds were not confident in diagnosing or managing monkeypox cases. The study suggests that the Saudi healthcare system should take necessary steps to improve knowledge and confidence among healthcare professionals in dealing with monkeypox.
