A perovskite type CaSnO3 with different weight percentage of rGO nanocomposites were prepared via facile hydrothermal route. The synthesised photocatalysts were characterized by various analytical techniques. The structural, optical, functional, elemental, photoluminescence and chemical state of the rGO - CaSnO3 nanocomposite were discussed and correlated with photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic experiment was carried out to evaluate the degradation performance of MB dye. The result obtained from synthesized CSG - 50 nanocomposite achieved higher degradation efficiency among all the synthesized photocatalysts. Moreover, the stability of the photocatalysts were successfully reused by four cycles of photodegradation.
