Summary: Although there is recognition of the scientific value of data sharing from clinical trials, there are various limitations and challenges in implementing data sharing practices. This review highlights the need for a pragmatic data-sharing mechanism to improve research and innovations, and calls for the development of flexible yet comprehensive data-sharing policies. It also emphasizes the importance of institutional mechanisms and policy interventions in facilitating data sharing, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.

Summary: This study explores the impact of China's environmental regulation policy on the business performance of manufacturing enterprises. The empirical results show a positive correlation between the policy and business performance, with an inverted U-shaped relationship. The promotion effect is mainly seen in non-state-owned, western, and technological-intensive enterprises, and is reflected through the innovation compensation mechanism. This study provides reference for the Chinese government to adjust environmental regulation policies and achieve sustainable development.

Summary: The manufacturing outcomes of PolyTreg products were consistent across different clinical trials and production dates, with cell fold expansion primarily correlated to the initial cell number. Parameters such as manufacturing date, patient sex, and age did not significantly affect Treg cell expansion during product manufacturing.

Summary: The study reveals that the Chinese government emphasizes both horizontal and vertical coordination in the formulation and implementation of policies for industrial upgrading. The same set of policy instruments are applied by governments at all levels, with environmental instruments being the most frequently used, followed by supply- and demand-side instruments. The key policy topics include innovation, industrial transformation, industrial agglomeration, demonstration projects, and service-oriented manufacturing.

Summary: Cell therapy practices have a long history dating back to the 19th century, and continue to evolve with a focus on investigational and investment aspects. There are different types of cell therapies, including both stem cell and non-stem cell-based therapies, with varied immunophenotypic profiles and mechanisms of action. The benefits of cell therapies in regenerative medicine, immune diseases, and cancer have been reported, leading to a shift towards combined therapy approaches and highlighting the attractiveness of multicellular therapies over unicellular ones.

Summary: This research evaluated the effects of cell therapy with adipose tissue-derived stem cells on the treatment of detrusor underactivity in men. The results showed that cell therapy improved voiding function, increased maximum flow and urinated volume, and reduced residual volume. The International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire scores also decreased, indicating an improvement in quality of life. Adipose tissue-derived stem cell therapy is a safe and effective new option for the treatment of detrusor underactivity.

Summary: The study found that DNA methylation changes occur during the manufacturing process of Treg products, which may impact the functionality of Treg products by possibly shifting to an effector Treg phenotype with enhanced functional activity or by risking destabilization of Treg identity and impaired TCR activation. Additionally, epigenetic profiling is valuable for evaluating T cell product manufacturing pipelines.

Summary: Rejection of solid organ transplant and graft versus host disease (GvHD) remain challenging in transplantation management. Adoptive T cell (ATC) therapy has emerged as a promising approach in regenerative medicine, with various cell types actively investigated as potential therapeutic agents. Preclinical models have shown efficacy, and early clinical trials have confirmed safety and tolerability of cellular therapeutics. Specifically, CD4(+)CD25+FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) have been approved and used to minimize immune response and reduce immunosuppression in transplant recipients.

Summary: In this article, the authors summarize the regulatory relationship between B cells and T cells, mainly focusing on T follicular regulatory cells and regulatory B cells. They introduce a new subset of regulatory T cells induced by B cells, and discuss the role of B cells in ensuring the survival of regulatory T cells. This review provides an updated overview of immunoregulatory networks and identifies potential targets for therapeutic interventions against cancer, autoimmune diseases, and allograft rejection.

Summary: China has committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2060. However, this task is considerably difficult. By analyzing policies and laws issued in China from 2019 to the present, this study assesses how the Chinese government plans to achieve its carbon neutrality targets. The results show that China's carbon neutrality policies and laws emphasize comprehensive coverage, rational use of executive power, and development of low-carbon technologies. However, existing policies and laws remain unclear, with low levels of legislation and insufficient public participation.

Summary: The legal framework designed for an established energy regime presents barriers for innovative solutions in energy transition. Testing solutions in regulatory sandboxes, despite the lack of explicit authorization in Austrian energy law, can be a constructive tool for innovation policy. This paper investigates the practical need for regulatory sandboxes in Austria and proposes necessary changes for energy law eligibility, considering European law.
