Li2O-B2O3-Dy2O3 glasses have been synthesized by melt quench technique for different mol% Dy2O3. Investigation of these glasses by impedance spectroscopy reveals that DC conductivity is governed by mobile lithium ions. Electric modulus data has been analysed to study relaxation behaviour. AC conduction mechanism is studied by using power law equation and it is observed that as the temperature decreases, frequency exponent (s) increases. Scaling by using AC conductivity and electric modulus shows good overlap of data on single master curve suggesting that conduction mechanism is independent of temperature. (c) 2014 Elsevier B.V.
