Using a collection of papers gathered from the Web of Science, and defining disciplines by the JCR classification, this paper compares the disciplinary structure of the G7 countries (representing high S&T level countries) and the BRIC countries (representing fast breaking countries in S&T) by using bibliometric methods. It discusses the similarity and the balance of their disciplinary structure. We found that: (1) High S&T level countries have a similar national disciplinary structure; (2) In recent years the disciplinary structure of the BRIC countries has become more and more similar to that of the G7 countries; (3) The disciplinary structure of the G7 countries is more balanced than that of the BRIC countries (4) In the G7 countries more emphasis goes to the life sciences, while BRIC countries focus on physics, chemistry, mathematics and engineering.

Shuhang Li, Linlin Wang, Zhihao Xu, Yuanyuan Huang, Rufeng Xue, Ting Yue, Linfeng Xu, Fanwu Gong, Shiyu Bai, Qielan Wu, Jiwei Liu, Bolong Lin, Huimin Zhang, Yanhong Xue, Pingyong Xu, Junjie Hou, Xiaofei Yang, Tengchuan Jin, Rongbin Zhou, Jizhong Lou, Tao Xu, Li Bai

Summary: The activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in macrophages is governed by GSTO1-promoted ASC deglutathionylation. Glutathionylation of ASC inhibits the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome, and mice expressing AscC171A show NLRP3-dependent hyperinflammation. The results demonstrate that glutathionylation of ASC represses NLRP3 inflammasome activation and GSTO1-promoted ASC deglutathionylation at ER is a metabolic checkpoint for activating NLRP3 inflammasome.

Wing-in-ground craft longitudinal modeling and simulation based on a moving wavy ground test

Lixin Wang, Kun Yang, Ting Yue, Hailiang Liu

Summary: Compared with static wavy ground tests and moving flat ground tests, the moving wavy ground test eliminates the influence of the boundary layer and generates more accurate aerodynamic test results in a wave environment. The test indicates that longitudinal aerodynamics is affected not only by wave height but also by wave height change rate, while lateral and directional aerodynamic characteristics are less affected by the ground effect.

Shiyu Bai, Qielan Wu, Shasha Zhu, Yuwei Zhang, Xuran Chen, Miya Su, Jun Pan, Shuhang Li, Ting Yue, Linfeng Xu, Di Xie, Chenxi Tian, Dan Zhao, Xiang Li, Junjie Hou, Lu Wang, Sicheng Fu, Yanhong Xue, Amin Jiang, Dong Li, Tao Xu, Zhigang Tian, Rongbin Zhou, Huimin Zhang, Li Bai

Summary: The overexpression of Vam6 in intratumoral iNKT cells impairs mTORC1 activation and IFN-gamma production. By regulating Vam6 expression, the activation of mTORC1 in intratumoral iNKT cells can be enhanced, thereby improving their anti-tumor efficacy. Therefore, Vam6 may serve as a target for iNKT cell-based immunotherapy.

Flight Dynamics Modeling and Aerodynamic Parameter Identification of Four-Degree-of-Freedom Virtual Flight Test

Shang Tai, Lixin Wang, Yanling Wang, Chen Bu, Ting Yue

Summary: This paper introduces a new four-degree-of-freedom wind tunnel virtual flight test device, which can achieve partially constrained dynamic motion of the model in the wind tunnel by manipulating the control surface deflection. Compared with the 3-DOF wind tunnel virtual flight test, the model adds vertical motion to simulate free flight more realistically. The paper establishes the nonlinear flight dynamics model of 4-DOF wind tunnel virtual flight test, analyzes the differences in dynamics characteristics between it and free flight, and derives the identification model of aerodynamic derivatives based on the test.

Identification of Lateral-Directional Aerodynamic Parameters for Aircraft Based on a Wind Tunnel Virtual Flight Test

Shang Tai, Lixin Wang, Yanling Wang, Shiguang Lu, Chen Bu, Ting Yue

Summary: In the early stages of aircraft design, a scaled model is used in a wind tunnel for semi-free flight to obtain test data and identify aerodynamic parameters. However, the absence of translational motion in the test model affects its flight dynamics, requiring investigation. To address this, a 3-DOF wind tunnel virtual flight test device is developed. Flight dynamics equations are established and the differences between wind tunnel virtual flight and free flight are analyzed for aerodynamic parameter identification. The proposed method shows high accuracy in identifying parameters for a blended wing body aircraft.

Identification and Modeling Method of Longitudinal Stall Aerodynamic Parameters of Civil Aircraft Based on Improved Kirchhoff Stall Aerodynamic Model

Lixin Wang, Rong Zhao, Ke Xu, Yi Zhang, Ting Yue

Summary: The stall aerodynamic model based on Kirchhoff's theory has two defects: it cannot be combined with the pre-stall model, and it cannot accurately describe the aircraft stall pitching moment characteristics. To address these issues, this paper proposes a method to determine unknown parameters and adds correction terms to the pitching moment model. The developed aerodynamic model accurately describes the longitudinal quasi-steady stall aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft under different stall degrees, as validated by simulation results.

Longitudinal Aerodynamic Parameter Identification for Blended-Wing-Body Aircraft Based on a Wind Tunnel Virtual Flight Test

Lixin Wang, Shang Tai, Ting Yue, Hailiang Liu, Yanling Wang, Chen Bu

Summary: The wind tunnel virtual flight test allows the model to perform dynamic semi-free flight in the wind tunnel through control surface deflections, and identifies aerodynamic derivatives using test data. Differences in dynamics between wind tunnel virtual flight and free flight lead to discrepancies between identification and theoretical results. To address these issues, a step-by-step identification and correction method is proposed to identify and correct lift, drag derivatives, pitch moment derivatives, and velocity derivatives based on the difference between the equations of motion in wind tunnel virtual flight and free flight.
