Summary: Biogas power generation in China is lacking in industrialization, and the regional suitability for this industry needs to be evaluated. This study constructs an evaluation index system and proposes a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show an unbalanced distribution among regions, with the eastern region being superior to the western region. Henan and Hebei are the most suitable regions for development, while Ningxia, Hainan, Qinghai, and Tibet are not. The suitability of biogas power generation matches the development level in most regions, except for Sichuan and Jiangsu.

Summary: Different FAHP methods have been developed for conventional FNs, but they fail to accurately reflect experts' preferences and may cause misleading results. To overcome this, we propose four FAHP methods for PFNs and introduce an indirect defuzzification method for calculating fuzzy local weights. Numerical examples and a real-life case of supplier ranking based on PFNs are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Summary: This paper analyzes deficiencies in recent fuzzy eigenvector methods and introduces two frameworks of additively normalized triangular fuzzy priorities (ANTFPs) to characterize equivalent fuzzy priority vectors. By establishing three eigenproblems with positive real matrices and developing an eigenvector based linear program, the study aims to obtain support interval based ANTFPs from fuzzy multiplicative preference relation matrices.

Summary: This paper presents methods for measuring and improving energy parameters and quality in high-frequency inductive steel tube welding. The improvement is achieved through reduced energy and power consumption and improved weld quality. Key welding quality and energy efficiency indicators are determined using a group fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, involving five experts and eleven indicators. A new impeder using Fluxtrol magneto-dielectric material is designed based on selected indicators and practical analysis results, effectively transferring electromagnetic energy into heating energy. Practical results confirm the quality and efficiency of the proposed solution.

Summary: The construction of megaprojects is crucial for the development and economic growth of any country, especially in developing nations. However, megaprojects in Kuwait face restrictions that hinder their execution and lead to significant delays. This study aims to develop a complexity measurement model for megaprojects in Kuwait, focusing on the New Kuwait University campus as a case study. The study applies a hybrid fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method and compares it with the conventional AHP method. The findings reveal the complexity factors and their varying levels in different dimensions, emphasizing the importance of assessing and understanding these complexities for the successful completion of megaprojects.

Summary: As the global population grows, the demand for food, energy, and water will increase significantly. However, limited land availability and competition for solar resources pose challenges to resource generation technologies. In the United States, both agriculture and solar energy production have adopted densification schemes to improve yields and energy output per unit of land. This research proposes an Agrivoltaic food and energy coproduction architecture that optimizes power generation while maintaining crop productivity by implementing ideal anti-tracking during critical growth periods. This technology offers a viable pathway for widespread solar implementation throughout the contiguous United States.
