Summary: This study investigated the opinions of patients and experts on the potential important outcome domains for therapeutic hand eczema (HE) trials. The results showed that both patients and experts considered "symptoms," "signs," and "HE-related quality of life" as important measurement domains. Suggestions for other domains were also collected. These findings will help determine the core outcome domains for treating hand eczema.

Summary: The study explores the transferability of an integrated model of patient-centeredness on the care of older adults with multimorbidity from an expert perspective. Experts rated the dimensions higher on relevance than on clarity, indicating existing conceptual uncertainty. The most important dimensions identified were patient as a unique person, clinician-patient communication, patient involvement in care, physical, cognitive, and emotional support, and involvement of family and friends.

Summary: This study aims to explore the dimensions of palliative nursing care quality and the development of the Palliative Nursing Care Quality Scale. Through the Delphi technique and interviews, an expert panel reached consensus on the dimensions of the scale and identified four emergent themes related to good nursing care. The quality of palliative nursing care goes beyond comprehensive care and emphasizes the meticulous attention to every important detail for the patient, focusing on their needs and respecting their wishes. Specifying and reaching a consensus on nursing care quality contributes to excellence in care and enhances the professional profile of advanced practice palliative care nurses.

Summary: This study aims to structure evidence on TBIs by considering different application areas and treatment characteristics in order to provide a comprehensive evidence base and identify research gaps in TBIs for diagnosed depression. The research has given little attention to studying TBIs for aftercare and for bridging waiting periods, highlighting the need for high quality studies in these areas. Additionally, future studies should use specific guidelines to systematically assess and report negative events associated with TBIs.

Summary: Cancer patients with suicidal ideation are not distinctly characterized by mental disorders. The study identified three classes of suicidality, with class 2 and 3 showing significantly higher risk for mental disorders compared to class 1. Patients with incurable cancer were more likely to be in class 2, while less likely to be in class 3. Further study on concepts like death anxiety and demoralization may help understand psychological distress underlying different subtypes of thoughts of death and suicidality in cancer.
