Summary: The diagnostic yield of SCN5A gene testing in paediatric BrS patients is 46%, and having a P/LP variant in SCN5A is associated with a worse arrhythmic prognosis in children with BrS. There is no significant difference in the prognosis of ventricular arrhythmias between paediatric and adult BrS patients.

Summary: Complement is a complex system that requires multiple tests to fully understand its role in health and disease. Multiplex testing shows potential in addressing the need for comprehensive analysis of complement, but considerations of method advantages and disadvantages are necessary. Despite the complexities, multiplex analysis is being utilized for research and diagnostic testing, with various potential methods and current successes reviewed in this text.

Summary: This research introduces a decision support method for housing managers to identify the most appropriate renovation strategy, combining multi-criteria assessment of renovation factors and economic feasibility analysis. The method not only evaluates the impact of renovation proposals, but also assesses the management of renovation work through quantifying and weighting social, technical, and economic variables. Based on representative cases of housing renovation projects in Sweden, the method has been designed and tested, and is applicable to various locations, multi-family buildings, and ownership models.

Summary: The study suggests that increasing sustainable behaviors is more feasible than reducing unsustainable ones, with key brain regions playing important roles in this process. Neuroimaging findings indicate that increasing sustainable behaviors activates the ventromedial prefrontal cortex and hippocampus, while reducing unsustainable behaviors triggers activation in the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.

Summary: AI fairness is a significant topic with current and societal implications. However, there are challenges in automating AI fairness. To tackle these challenges, our study aims to establish a new fairness testing paradigm that gathers different proposals for fairness, tests them, and develops the most effective method to contribute to fairness as a whole. Gamification elements are used to encourage mass participation and motivation. The design allows participants to track their progress and compete with others, using extrinsic motivation through public recognition. The design has been validated through an example scenario and can provide a platform for the development of fair practices.
